⚡ EMC Laboratory
The EMC Laboratory provides comprehensive Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) testing for vehicles and their electronic sub-assemblies.
The laboratory performs compliance testing in accordance with international, national, and customer-specific standards and requirements.
This ensures reliability, safety, and regulatory conformity of automotive systems and components.
Capabilities
🔬 Instrumentation Lab (IR)
- ESD Test Setup: Capability up to ±30 kV for air and contact discharge.
- Surge Immunity Testing: 160 V to 5 kV with current capability up to 200 A.
- EFT/Burst Immunity Testing: Test range from 200 V to 5.5 kV.
- Power Frequency Magnetic Field Testing: Test levels ranging from 1 A/m to 1000 A/m.
- Voltage Changes, Voltage Fluctuations and Flicker Testing.
- Harmonic Current Emissions Measurement.
- Harmonics and Inter-Harmonics Immunity Testing.
- Voltage Fluctuation Immunity Testing.
- Ripple on DC Input Power Port Immunity Testing.
- Voltage Dips, Short Interruptions and Voltage Variations on DC input power port immunity testing.

🏢 Vehicle Semi-Anechoic Chamber (VSAC)
- Overall Dimensions: 30 m × 20 m × 10 m (L × W × H)
- Test Infrastructure: Equipped with an 11 m turntable and a 4×4 chassis dynamometer for testing vehicles up to 19 tons.
- Radiated Emissions Testing: Measurement distances of 3 m and 10 m, with testing capability up to 18 GHz.
- Radiated Immunity Testing: Frequency range up to 18 GHz with field severity up to 100 V/m.
