COMPONENT TEST LAB

Component Test Lab (CTL) provides services pertaining to Certification, Homologation of Automotive Components & Sub-assemblies as per Central Motor Vehicle Rules (CMVR). The certification services include Type Approval & Conformity of Production (CoP) of safety components identified in AIS: 037.

Apart from certification, CTL supports OEMs and components manufactures of the automotive industry for various developmental DV/PV Testing of components as per customers & OEMs standards.

CTL also conducts type testing of Wheel Rims & Safety Glasses for BIS Licenses as per Quality Control Order (QCOs).

CTL has state of art test facilities for conducting various tests on DVP programs of Automotive & non-automotive components which includes Vibration Testing, Static & Durability Testing, Environmental Testing, Materials Level Testing etc.

Component Test Lab (CTL) has rich experience in executing various DV/PV Projects for roofliners, Door & door parts, Instrument panels, wheel rims, Cabins, Brake & clutch pedal, Airbag Modules, Fuel Pumps, Washer Systems, Urea Tanks, seats & safety belts etc.
