4 WHEELERS

This section is applicable for following types of 4 wheeled vehicles:

  • Passenger or goods carriers
  • Incomplete vehicle in the form of Drive Away Chassis
  • Petrol / Diesel / CNG / LPG vehicles of engine capacity more than 25 cc
  • Other than M1/N1 (i.e. M2, M3, N2 and N3)
